All orders outside of the UK may incur customs fees. Customers must provide correct information at checkout and pay for any additional fees to avoid delays to their order.
USA Customer notice - You may be contacted to pay for customs handling fees before your order is shipped. This is due to the new Royal Mail PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) service, which meets the new US customs requirements. Customs fees are charged before leaving the UK to minimise fees and unexpected bills when crossing borders. A shipping profile has been set up to estimate this but please email if you have any questions especially for lower value / weight items as the fee is likely to be less than quoted at checkout. Orders of values over £800 will be shipped via DPD or similar and will be priced and quoted after order is placed. Shipping must then be paid before the order is shipped. Import/customs fees may apply.
