How do I place an order?

The majority of the pieces for sale will be "released". This means that I will publish a collection of items for sale at the same time, on a specific date. Information on when the next release will be can always be found on my Instagram - @bats.boutique .

How do you make your ears and tails?

It has taken me a long time to perfect my style and technique and they are constantly changing. Although I won't reveal my tricks, there are resources across the web on how you can create your own. Personally, I believe trial and error is the best method.

In terms of materials, all of my furs are faux. I have never and will never use real fur. All my products are cruelty free. I would like to say that they are all vegan as well but I cannot 100% confirm that they are as I don't know all the ingredients in components such as glues and dyes.

Do you offer returns and/or refunds?

If your order has not yet been shipped you can request a refund and will most likely recieve one in full. If your order is custom, you may not recieve the full amount back if work has already started.

If there is a problem with your order and you would like to return it or receive a refund there are two options :

  1. if the item is undamaged and there is no fault - you can return the item for a refund. You will be responsible for paying the return postage and will not recieve the original postage back in your refund, only the value paid for the item (unless otherwise stated). Should the item return to me in the same condition it was in when it left me, a refund will be issued.

  2. if the item is damaged and there is a fault - you will be required to send me pictures of the problem and a detailed description. Once I have reviewed the information I will offer appropriate solutions to your problem. If I require the item to be returned to me, you may be resposible for return shipping costs although the likelyhood of this is small. I will most likely offer a full refund or a replacement item.

For obvious reasons, returns are not accepted on 18+ / intimate items.
