Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from my website you are agreeing to pay for and recieve the item(s) from me. I hold the right to refuse service to anyone and I hold a zero tolerance policy towards any abuse.

Shipping - The item(s) will only be shipped once payment has completed and has been received in full. Orders are posted once per week. All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail and/or Parcel Force. I am not responsible for the order once it has left my office. If you have chosen a shipping method that does not include full insurance of the value of the item(s) purchased, you may not receive refund or replacement should anything happen to your order during its time in shipping. I am also not responsible if an incorrect shipping address is given. I will ship to the address given and if the parcel is returned to me after failed delivery, you will be contacted regarding what to do next. You will be expected to pay for redelivery.

In the event an order is lost in the mail, a “lost parcel” request will be submitted on your behalf in order to recieve compensation. This can take up to 6 weeks. Once completed, you can choose to have a full refund or the item replaced if this is possible.

Tracking does not come as standard.

Custom orders - Once a custom order has been placed, the making process will begin once payment has completed and been received in full. In the event that you wish to cancel a custom order, if the making process has already begun, you may not receive a refund. I hold all artistic rights over all of my creations. Even though this is the case, I respect that custom orders can be special and unique to the individual. Because of this, I will respect your decision if you ask me not to reproduce the design created for you. (this excludes simple or common designs)

Re-Selling - Once you have purchased something from me, you are able to trade, gift or resell the item. However I ask you not to resell for profit. This means selling any items for more than the original sale value. If anyone is found to be doing so, I hold all rights to refuse service indefinitely. Selling or offering an item for trade before the item has arrived in your possession is considered trade-baiting and will result in immediate refund and ban.

Processing / making / delivery times - Processing or making times vary depending on the volume of order I have at that given time. Processing times vary depending on my current work load. Please allow up to 30 weeks from purchase date for your order to be completed. If you need your order by a specific date, make sure you let me know in advance so I can make sure it is possible. You can contact me via email at any time for updates on your order and I will get back to you ASAP.

As stated above in "shipping", I usually post orders once per week. From there, delivery times vary on country and shipping method chosen. UK shipping usually takes 1-2 working days. Shipping to Europe usually takes 3-5 working days. Shipping to other countries including Australia, USA and Canada usually takes 5-10 working days.

Returns / Refunds - If there is a problem with your order, you will be required to send me a detailed description of the issue and pictures if necessary. From there I will offer appropriate solutions to your problem. This is usually either a full refund or replacement. If there is no fault, you may still receive a refund if the item is returned to me and is in the same condition it was in when it left me (new, no damages). You will be required to pay for return delivery and once the item(s) have been inspected, you may receive a refund for the value of the item(s) and not for the original or return postage costs.

Fully custom items such as clothing, fursuits or items with specific details personal to the client may not be refunded. This is because resale will not be possible on some of these items.

Please be aware that if fabrics/materials have been purchased for your order, this cost will be taken off of your refund. You can request proof of purchase for these materials if needed.

Fursuits and other large commissions will require a non refundable deposit. This is usually a third of the total cost + materials.

Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method.

Payment Plans - Payment plans are all carried out via third party companies. This is for mine and the clients safety and best interest. Due to this, if you need to pause or change a payment plan you must contact the service you selected. I am unable to access payment details beyond billing address.
